COURSE DESCRIPTION: It is of extreme importance that organizations engage in practices that manage stress in the workplace, motivate staff, and build self-esteem in all levels of employees. Long gone are the days where these three issues are left unattended. These are three major areas in organizations that need attention for success as they have been proven worldwide that they contribute significantly to profit, efficiency and effectiveness.

This course presents action-oriented solutions through workable techniques and practices on how to achieve all three of the above. It will demonstrate successful policies and procedures for a range of organizations. Supervisors as well as middle and top management are usually entrusted with the tasks of getting the job done. But how do you get your staff to deliver as they should despite they having the technical expertise for the job? Any or all of the above three may be lacking. This course teaches you how to fill that gap in your employees’ performance and to get the best out of them.
