COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course on Safe Living deals with many key attitudes and behaviours that people have and engage in and which affects their personal security and well-being. For instance, focus will be placed on safe practices when it comes to shopping, using ATMs, driving, exercising, liming, hiking, going to the beach, using the internet, confronting bandits, fighting, training children, etc. – the things we do often but can go wrong and have disastrous consequences like loss of property, injury, etc. Key to this course is realistic workable solutions for persons to adopt – parents, grandparents, children, family and friends.

Day- Saturday 3rd May, 2014 4:00pm-8:00pm (4 contact hours)
