COURSE DESCRIPTION: Sexual Harassment is one of the most under reported offences in organisations. In the workplace, many persons endure the unwanted advances because it allows them to keep their job. This type of conduct unreasonably creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment for an individual's employment. It includes sexual advances, comments on physical attributes, unwanted sexual responses or statements. This course is aimed at:

  • Identifying what is sexual Harassment
  • Legislation to deal with sexual harassment in the workplace
  • Developing an effective sexual harassment policy for the workplace
