COURSE DESCRIPTION: Many personnel in law enforcement agencies, security companies and organizations with security departments are involved in a wide range of tasks/projects during the course of their job. These projects are geared towards bringing a particular result from beginning to end within a specified time frame and budget. How do one manage such projects to their successful completion?

There is indeed a science behind successful project management that has evolved over the years into a successful tool. This course presents the key ingredients in a successful project management application to law enforcement agencies and security companies by using the five steps: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control, and closing.

Supervisors and managers will benefit tremendously from this exposure as they will be able to realise their targets.
